Seems like it’s working fine to me. Note: The pump was supposed to be like a hoover but for “waste materials,” meant to suck out the waste from trays located under the ovens. The waste would be collected into containers for disposal or for fuel idk what they did with it (It was above my paygrade)
But it uh… yeah it didn’t work.

FUN FACT!!!!!! 1st July was the 5th anniversary of when I first published HNAR online! The first version was posted to a now revamped tumblr blog on 1st July 2018 before moving to Tapas a year later and to this site a year after that in 2020!
Feels like only 3 and 1/2 years after rewriting a lot of chapters BUT it was learning and experience nonetheless.
So thank you, whether a new or returning reader for sticking around and seeing where i go with HNAR!
Damian bursts into the rotisserie oven room. "Why are you pouring chicken fat directly into the sink?! We have the pump to use for a reason!"
CJ, wodlessly bar a small sigh, grabs the hose nozzle to a hoover like metal pump. The pum is a retangular box with a hose that is switched on with a gentle click. After a pause, it jumps to life with a loud KACLUNK before growing silent. It then splutters and shoots a small burst of fat from the nuzzle, before awkwardly whirring loudly. The pump is in disrepair.
CJ wordlessly gestures to the struggling hoover like pump.
