Ash: That's not how life works, is it? Don't go out cause I can't afford it. Don't go out cause I'm at work. Go to work to afford to go out.
[Ash's phone is filled with messages asking for the cinema, for food, an invite to a party, a reminder for rent. Each one has a bubble reminding us that it costs various amounts of money. Ash is left mopping the floor as the time on the clock above ticks on. Money rains from above onto a rather disillusioned Ash holding his pay check, especially as bills rain down with it. Bus fares, medical bills, car insurance costs, rent bills, credit card debt; all float down to an image of Ash crossed armed in the current day looking weary with it all.]
Ash: A party won't fix my problems. I'd rather try to afford a future.
