Darrell lowers his voice. "alright. shame..."
CJ catches the word shame and raises an eyebrow in disdain. "Shame?" Her face turns intense. "Shame I'm a vegetarian?"
Darrell recoils incredulously. "What? No. Shame it's going in the bin. How was i to know that? Your family might eat meat even if you don't!" Cj smirks cheekily. "Heh. Alright. Nice save."
Darrell scoffs. "It's not a - ugh. whatever." he starts to weigh and bag up meat.
Damian looks away and scratches his arm. "I don't think it's ever crossed my mind to be vegetarian..." CJ overhears and chirps in stating "You can start whenever!"
Damian looks back to the two behind their counters. "Yeah, but I wouldn't wanna be ungrateful and ask mum to cook weird new stuff she doesn't like just "because" you know?"
Whilst bagging up meat, Darrell remarks "You could looks up some recipes for yourself. It's what I do most of the time." CJ snarks "HEH if that's all you do, why are you in uni?"
